Insurance payments are subject to an individual's insurance benefits. Insurance benefits will be verified by the therapist prior to the initial session. Clients are additionally responsible for verifying insurance benefits. EAP services must be set up by the client prior to the session and information must be provided to the therapist. Please note that the quoting of benefits or EAP authorization does not guarantee payment as benefits are subject to change. Clients will be responsible for any payments for services not covered or paid by insurance companies or EAP.
COUPLES, MARRIAGE & FAMILY
Individuals seeking couples, marriage and family counseling can utilize EAP benefits for sessions. When not utilizing EAP benefits, couples, marriage and family counseling is by private pay. Insurance is only accepted for individual counseling.

$170 for initial 60 minute assessment
$120 per 45 minute session
$145 per 60 minute session
$195 per 90 minute session

$275 for initial 90 minute assessment
$170 per 45 minute session
$195 per 60 minute session
$250 per 90 minute session
LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
A full 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a late cancellation/no show fee.
$60 per 45 minute session
$75 per session over 45 minutes
We accept credit cards and 3rd party (insurance) payments.
